JOB DESCRIPTION Sign Language Instructors provide sign language instruction to children/students who are either Deaf, Hard of Hearing or hearing but utilize sign language to communicate. Instructors work with families or staff and peers in their homes or in school/childcare settings. Sign language instruction services are included in a child's One Plan or 504/IEP. Services will be provided in person in Vermont. Coverage area will be White River Jct. to Brattleboro. EDUCATION High School Diploma or Equivalent ASL fluency EXPERIENCE Experience teaching sign language Experience working with children, families and teachers | |
