Are you looking for hands-on experience in field marketing and events? Our team is searching for a summer intern to join us! In this role, you will support the Field Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and reporting on B2B field marketing events across North America. This summer internship is ideal for someone interested in B2B marketing, event coordination, and go-to-market execution.

As a Field Marketing Coordinator intern, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of B2B field marketing programs, gaining hands-on experience with event strategy, cross-functional collaboration, budgeting, and performance reporting. Teamwork is key at Pluralsight, so you'll work closely with Field Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure events support pipeline, customer engagement, and business objectives. This is a paid, full-time (40 hours per week), 12-week summer internship from May 18, 2026 - August 7th, 2026.

What you'll do:
  • Assist the Field Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of B2B field marketing events across North America
  • Help schedule and coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid B2B events
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to identify which B2B events to participate in or host, as well as determine target audiences, customer segments, and internal attendees
  • Support event budgeting by tracking expenses and assisting with budget documentation
  • Assist with vendor coordination, contracts, and event-related paperwork
  • Help create and maintain event timelines, task lists, and planning documents
  • Write B2B field event marketing briefs and assist in reviewing marketing deliverables to ensure alignment with approved briefs and business goals
  • Support post-event reporting by gathering data, compiling results, and assisting with B2B performance summaries (e.g., attendance, engagement, lead metrics)
  • Maintain accurate event documentation, trackers, and reporting materials
Experience you'll bring:
  • Previous internship or coursework related to B2B marketing or event marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, or campus organizations
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in B2B marketing, field marketing, or event-based demand generation
  • Comfortable working with Sales, Product Marketing, and external vendors
  • Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

Pay Transparency:

The hourly rate for this position is non-negotiable at $22.00 per hour. Additional benefits may apply.
