What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll be on the front lines of economic transformation, working directly with rural and Tribal entrepreneurs to:

Provide one-on-one business coaching and technical assistance to start and expand small rural and Tribal businesses
Design and deliver entrepreneurial training programs-both in-person and virtual
Build capacity in local partner organizations to support thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems
Connect entrepreneurs to financial resources and funding opportunities
Develop community-led strategies that create lasting economic opportunities
Assess community needs and implement customized solutions
