Position Title: Shipping & Receiving
Wage: $20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm QPS Employment Group has a great Shipping & Receiving position available at a company in Belleville, WI. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Unload, transport, electronically receive and stow all incoming materials. - Count, identify, and deliver all production materials to proper production area. - Perform all necessary computerized electronic transactions to receive, transfer, issue, or ship parts with total accuracy. - Ability to measure and assemble custom crating and packaging material for outgoing materials. - Package wide variety of items for outbound shipments. - Operate forklift to load and unload materials, place in warehouse, and move throughout plant. Shipping & Receiving Requirements: - Ability to read, write, perform simple arithmetic. - Know weight and measurements. - Must possess good communication skills. - Must possess good computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.). - Must be proactive in recognizing quality issues to minimize late shipments and maximize customer service. - Forklift certification required. - Ability to be cross trained in other areas. - Must have high school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to use hand tools and power tools. - Solo lift up to 50 pounds regularly. - Team lift 51 -100 pounds frequently. - Team lift more than 100 pounds occasionally. - Ability to stand for extended periods of time. monroe@qpsemployment.com IND038 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
