Community Care Alliance is hiring a full-time (36 hours) Emergency Services (ES) masters-level clinician. ES is an interdisciplinary team of skilled and experienced behavioral health professionals. They respond to a variety of client crises in office- and community-based settings. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, creative, and nimble in responding to crisis situations, and will maintain an anti-oppression, non-stigmatizing approach while working with high-acuity, complex clients. This is a Monday-Friday daytime position, with opportunities for on-call and overtime hours available but never required.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in completing biopsychosocial assessments and crisis assessments utilizing the DSM 5, ASAM, and evidence-based screening tools
  • Minimum of one year employment in community mental health, Crisis Stabilization Unit, or an inpatient psychiatric setting
