The Importance of the Role The Medical Affairs & Information Summer Intern will play a critical role in expanding operational capacity during a high demand period for the Medical Affairs and Medical Information teams. This role provides hands on experience with core systems, processes, and scientific resources leveraged across the organization. The intern will support the optimization of Veeva Vault Medical, strengthen the reference library, enhance literature monitoring processes, and assist with reporting and analytics.This internship also offers an opportunity for department team members to mentor and develop aspiring medical information and medical affairs professionals, while enabling additional bandwidth for time sensitive initiatives. The Opportunity to Make a Difference In this internship, you will help strengthen key Medical Affairs and Medical Information operations by improving scientific reference systems, enhancing literature monitoring processes, and supporting essential reporting and metrics needs. You will also have the chance to contribute to broader Medical Affairs initiatives, gaining exposure to real world workflows and collaboration across functions. Key areas of contribution include:

Program Timeline This application is for a 12-week summer internship program that will start on May 18th and conclude on August 7th, 2026. What Now? The targeted salary range for this position is $21 - $26 per hour depending upon years of education completed and nature of role.
