At The Pasha Group, our Claims Adjusters don't just process files - they protect customers, safeguard operations, and help drive business performance. We're looking for a confident, detail-oriented adjuster who can independently manage transportation and cargo claims from investigation through settlement while building strong relationships across teams and partners. What You'll Do Manage claims end-to-end with real ownership and authority Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve cargo and logistics claims up to $5,000 authority Determine liability, damages, and valuation using contracts, tariffs, and regulations Drive timely resolutions while monitoring claim aging and documentation Maintain accurate claim records, reserves, and financial controls Protect the business through recovery & compliance Identify third-party liability and pursue subrogation opportunities Ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and company requirements Process invoices and payments tied to claims activity Partner across teams Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to resolve claims efficiently Communicate status and outcomes clearly to stakeholders Build productive relationships with vendors, underwriters, and partners Identify loss trends and recommend prevention strategies What You Bring 3+ years of claims experience (transportation or cargo preferred) Strong knowledge of contracts, liability, and claims practices Ability to independently manage a caseload and prioritize effectively Experience with claims systems or RMIS platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Associate degree or equivalent experience Strengths That Set You Apart Analytical decision-maker with sound judgment Confident negotiator and clear communicator Highly organized with strong documentation discipline Collaborative professional who thrives in cross-functional environments Why Join The Pasha Group? If you are applying to work from a different location, the salary range may vary to align with the cost of labor and market conditions in that area. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.
