Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer optimizes manufacturing processes, systems, and resources to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality production. This position focuses on analyzing workflows, designing layouts, implementing continuous improvement methodologies, and integrating advanced technologies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Industrial Engineers play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and supporting sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze workflows, production processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies.
Develops strategies to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize costs.
Designs plant layouts for optimal material flow and space utilization while ensuring ergonomic and safety considerations.
Collects and interprets data on production rates, resource utilization, and quality metrics, using statistical tools and simulation models to predict outcomes and support decision-making.
Implements Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment.
Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate digital tools such as MES and ERP systems.
Provides technical guidance and training to hourly team members and other colleagues on process changes or best practices.
