ABOUT THE ROLE As the Procurement Manager - North America Logistics and Supply Chain, you will lead the endtoend strategic sourcing and procurement process for the Logistics and Supply Chain Category, including Transportation, Warehousing, and Pallets, managing roughly $450MM in spend. You will drive innovative sourcing strategies, partner with global and regional stakeholders, and guide crossfunctional teams to align processes and policies with business needs. You'll strengthen supplier relationships, negotiate complex agreements, and ensure smooth, compliant contract implementation. In this role, you will monitor supplier and internal performance, deliver clear insights to executive leadership, assess market trends and emerging technologies, and lead the development and execution of Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP). You will also oversee the rollout of new contracts and processes while maintaining disciplined tracking of performance metrics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning
