We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to step into a vital role within our dynamic finance team. You will be instrumental in managing high-volume transactions, leveraging your keen eye for detail and collaborative spirit to maintain financial integrity and support business objectives. **Here's how you'll make an impact:**

* Autonomously process accounts payable transactions through a meticulous 3-way matching system.

* Coordinate critical activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing using various financial platforms.

* Champion best practices and ensure consistent compliance with established financial policies and procedures.

* Collaborate effectively with internal buyers, external vendors, and various business partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure smooth payment flows.

* Utilize your exceptional customer service and communication skills to address internal and external inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement-related issues.

* Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to continuously improve our shared services environment and operational efficiency.

* Engage in special projects that enhance our financial processes and contribute to broader business goals.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2-4 years of dedicated accounts payable experience.

* High School Diploma required.

* Proven ability to process a high volume of invoices (75-100 per day).

* Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

* Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak demand periods and monthly closing cycles.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced level Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* College degree preferred.

* Background in the consumer products industry.

* Experience with document imaging systems.

* Prior experience with specific ERP systems is a plus.
