What You'll Do

As a key member of the operations team, you will support daily supply chain activities and help maintain accurate inventory records to ensure smooth product flow and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:



  • Support inventory management, forecasting, and order processing to ensure operational continuity.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation activities, including stock synchronization and cycle counting, following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through ongoing cycle count programs and document results.
  • Generate daily exception reports related to inventory and order auditing.
  • Prepare periodic spreadsheets, dashboards, and commentary packages to quantify audit findings and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Help ensure inventory security and control by maintaining accurate documentation and supporting physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to support coordinated workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects focused on process optimization and operational efficiency.


What You'll Bring


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field (earned within the last 12 months).
  • 0-2 years of professional experience (internships, co-ops, or academic projects welcome).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Engineering degree or relevant technical coursework.
