Education/Certificates:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Valid driver's license required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality or retail position. Property Management experience preferred.

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Working knowledge of current social media sites

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborates with Property Manager to organize, promote, attend and execute resident and/or leasing events for the properties needing your assistance.

  • Assists Property Manager in various outreach efforts: Leasing Goal Boards, Community Boards, etc

  • Oversees social media sites; monitors and promotes community online reputation.

  • Develop and implement an outreach marketing plan.

  • Establish and maintains positive rapport with residents, neighboring businesses, local vendors, and other industry group.

  • Actively markets the property in support and in alliance with the marketing plan.

  • Contributes ideas to increase property interest and traffic.

  • Collaborates with Property Manager to write and implement quarterly marketing plans.

  • Organizes and manages all promotional items for the site.

  • Restocks outreach collateral for designated property partners, business, offices, schools and medical facilities.

  • Maintains courteous communications and follow-up correspondence with property partners and representatives of other companies.

  • Assists with resident retention through community events.

  • Participates in company required training by established deadline.

  • Complies with all Fairfield standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulation, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws.

  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned.

Estimated Rate of Pay:

$26.04 - $29.12

This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:

* Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price. Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
