IT Technician - Device Provisioning, Asset Management & Executive Support

We are seeking an IT Technician with a strong focus on device provisioning, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) joining, Windows Autopilot configuration, IT asset management, and end-user troubleshooting and support. This role provides remote and onsite technical support, including white-glove support for C-suite and executive-level employees, ensuring devices are properly tracked, secured, and supported throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Device Provisioning & Configuration



  • Provision, configure, and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Autopilot
  • Entra join devices and ensure proper identity, security, and compliance posture
  • Configure and manage Autopilot deployment profiles and device configuration policies
  • Apply, monitor, and troubleshoot Intune configuration, compliance, and application deployment policies
  • Resolve device enrollment, provisioning, and policy assignment issues



Asset Management & Lifecycle Tracking



  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Track asset lifecycle from procurement through deployment, reassignment, and retirement
  • Ensure devices are properly tagged, documented, and assigned to users
  • Coordinate device refreshes, replacements, and returns
  • Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements related to asset management



Identity & Access Support



  • Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user and device administration
  • Troubleshoot sign-in, access, MFA, and device compliance issues
  • Assist with Conditional Access-related access validation and troubleshooting



End-User, Executive & Remote Support



  • Provide Tier 1-2 remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, and OS issues
  • Deliver high-touch, white-glove support for C-suite and executive-level users, including priority incident handling and device setup
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including executive device provisioning and secure handoff
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and line-of-business application issues
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and urgency when supporting executive users



Operational & Documentation Duties



  • Document incidents, asset updates, and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Maintain and improve documentation for provisioning, asset management, and support workflows
  • Collaborate with system administrators, security teams, and leadership on IT initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, standardization, and overall user experience



Required Qualifications



  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or endpoint management
  • Hands-on experience with:


    • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
    • Windows Autopilot
    • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager


  • Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking
  • Experience providing remote and onsite technical support
  • Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
  • Professional communication skills, including executive-facing support



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership
  • Familiarity with Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Experience in a cloud-first or hybrid IT environment
