POSITION SUMMARY

We are a fast-growing company in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide office support. This entry-level role focuses on ensuring our office operation is smooth, supporting team events, assisting with senior level executive needs and Human Resources, as well as handling a variety of administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a high- energy, fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, a humble attitude, and is eager to learn, contribute and roll up their sleeves to help the team succeed. The individual will work independently on many tasks but always with a collaborative, team-first, mindset.

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Maintain an "investor ready" office by keeping communal areas clean, tidy, and fully functional.
  • Assist Human Resources with candidate interviews (e.g., greeting and shepherding interviewees), onboarding schedules (including new-hire swag), scheduling any necessary training sessions, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Support investor and guest events (local and occasional travel): coordinate transportation, accommodations, logistics, swag, and collaborate with Marketing on communications.
  • Help Senior level Executives (Head of Private Credit, Head of Public Credit and Managing Director, Head of Origination) with expense reports through Concur.
  • Coordinate team meetings and events (e.g., Monday stand-ups, Lunch and Learns, Annual Holiday Party, Summer Events): handle scheduling, room reservations, food/beverage, and setup using tools like Microsoft Outlook & Teams
  • Serve as office liaison with vendors (IT, maintenance, cleaning) and support the Office Manager as needed.
  • Act as concierge for Forum guests: welcome visitors, handle requests, and provide high-touch customer service.
  • Organize and maintain files and record systems as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects assigned.


Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Skills, Qualifications, Additional Responsibilities:



  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (office support, customer service, coordination, or similar transferable experiences: entry-level candidates with strong positive attitude and transferable skills considered)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Humble, positive attitude with no ego and a true team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to group success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a start-up/growth environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with "can-do" approach and willingness to learn quickly.


Education & Technical Skills:



  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook (email, calendar, scheduling) and Teams (video/conference setup)

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Compensation Information:

Base salary range is $60,000 to $75,000. This range is estimated for this role; actual pay may be different.
