Job Description The Business Architect Sr. Consultant II role will support the development and drive solutions forward that allow our organization to reach its goals by partnering with technology, business stakeholders and user experience. This role sits within the Sales and Distribution business team, and supports our Agency Service Takeout Strategy, which reimagines the exclusive agent service ecosystem so agents and staff can focus on delivering impactful customer needs while routine service is handled through streamlined processed and new technologies. You will be the key bridge between business and technology stakeholders to both uncover and drive the change forward. This role requires somebody who can evaluate and uncover current opportunities, influence and support the strategic development of a solution, and drive the development and implementation of the solution alongside our tech, supporting business and user experience partners.
