Job Description Alternative Investment Product Specialist What is the opportunity? You will join a dynamic, growing business line within RBC Wealth Management US. The Private Markets Specialist drives alternative investments adoption through private markets and product expertise, building advisor awareness with a comprehensive marketing and events strategy, and implements new capabilities and processes. You will partner frequently with product sponsors, advisors and end clients, and with colleagues across the RBC enterprise. You will lead the development of educational campaigns, sales tools and marketing materials, represent the alternatives platform with advisors and recruits, and manage multiple vendor relationships. In addition, you will collaborate with other members of the alternative investments team, as well as other departments to ensure proper relationships are established and maintained to provide the necessary and appropriate products and services for use by the US Wealth Management Private Client Group. The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000-$160,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
