Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Provider (LCSW) to deliver comprehensive mental health services within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician with strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations.

This role involves direct clinical services, treatment planning, collaboration with medical and behavioral health professionals, and participation in program development and quality improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using DSM-5 criteria



  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans



  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy, counseling, and crisis intervention



  • Deliver substance use education and behavioral health support



  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care



  • Provide trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms



  • Participate in emergency response and crisis management as needed



  • Utilize electronic health records for documentation, treatment planning, and discharge summaries



  • Support quality improvement, training, and clinical education initiatives



  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards




Qualifications

Required:




  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program



  • Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of employment



  • Minimum of one year of independent clinical experience



  • Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)



  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills




Preferred:




  • Experience in integrated or multidisciplinary healthcare settings



  • Experience with structured therapeutic programs or community-based treatment models



  • Experience providing care in residential, institutional, or correctional environments



  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office



  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively




Schedule & Work Requirements


  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling



  • Evening, weekend, and on-call coverage may be required



  • Ability to respond to clinical emergencies when needed




Physical Requirements


  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients as required



  • Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations and perform CPR
