Summary:

ThePlant Manager oversees the daily operations of a manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and costeffective production. This roleis responsible forleading and developing plant teams, managing workflow and resource allocation,optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Plant Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives,monitorskey performance indicators, manages budgets, and collaborates with crossfunctional partners to align production goals with broader businessobjectives.Ultimately, thisrole ensures that the plantoperatesreliably, meets customer and organizational expectations, and fosters a culture of accountability and operational excellence.This position is based in Anacortes, Washington.

EssentialFunctions: (Responsibilities, Tasks, Supervisory Needs)

• Directs all activities related to operations and productionin accordance withGlobal Supply Chain's business plan and the strategic goals of the Company and business units.

• Assumes full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, analyzing financial data, and implementing strategies tooptimizeprofitability and achieve budgetary goals.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including procurement,logistics, and engineering tooptimizesupply chain management and streamline production workflows.

• Sets strategic goals and vision for the site as well as short and long-term plant goals.

• Maintains a safe work environment, deliversorganizational safety goals, implement, and adheresto Trident Safety Program

• Directs and manages the overall production plan for the operation, including supervising the day-to-day operations that come with implementation.

• Collaborates with functional area managers on the determination of materials, space, equipment, and personnel needs as well as the development and implementation of processes, procedures, assignment and execution of functional responsibilities, and determination of budget and costs constraints.

• Evaluates performance against production goals and adjusts the allocation of resources (e.g., personnel, equipment, materials) as needed tooptimizequality and quantity of production and cost-efficiency of operations.

• Initiates and ensures execution of Continuous Improvement activities in pursuit of Trident Global Supply Chain goals andobjectives. This includes TPS implementation, SCUBA initiatives, other Operational Excellenceactivitiesas well as acting as a liaison betweenOpExTeam and plant improvement teams.

• Manages direct reports, assigns work to staff, provides coaching and training, sets goals, is accountable for performance evaluation, plans staff development, and makes and approves people management decisions either alone or in collaboration with management and HR.

This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $120,000 to $208,000 per year.

RequiredQualifications: (Education, Years of Experience,Certifications)

• A minimum of 10 years of experience running a large-scaleproduction/manufacturing facility with total P&L responsibility.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and years of experience

PreferredEducation & Experiences:

• Experience in the Seafood Industry/Industrial Food Processing

• Batter and Breading Production Experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities(KSAs):

• Prior Continuous Improvement (CI) experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient in MS Office programs

• Proventrack recordof successfully driving process improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing principles, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Just-in-Time (JIT) methodologies.

Travel/On-CallRequirements:

Minimal travel, up to 10%.
