The coordinator ensures adherence to program policies, course objectives, program outcomes and current best practice and safety measures. Translates learning requirements into effective learning solutions and documentation. Serves as the educator and provides educational opportunities to develop and enhance written competencies for departments assigned. Job Description: The Educational Development and Community Education Department provides clinical and non-clinical education, professional development, leadership development, and community education across the organization. Education Coordinator Full-Time, Days Job Requirements: Creatively uses adult learning principles and project management skills to design and deliver engaging organization wide education and training for professional development of employees and leadership. Translates learningrequirements into effective learning solutions and documentation. Serves as a resource regarding instructionaldesign and delivery best practices, supportive media, authoring and web tools, and learning technology support. Serves as the Support Services educator/Allied Health coordinator and provides educational opportunities todevelop and enhance written competencies for Support Services and Clinical Support Services.
