As a Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, you will lead the global procurement strategy and execution within the Real Estate & Workplace Services spend portfolio. You will serve as the global lead for critical Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and real estate portfolio service contracts, managing high-impact relationships with top real estate portfolio suppliers.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing initiatives and strategic relationships that support the organization's physical footprint. This role demands a leader who can drive efficiency, innovation, and value while delivering global enablement and change management to ensure operational excellence and strategic influence with internal stakeholders.This team is hybrid and works out of the Atlanta or Indianapolis office three days a week.

Your Impact:
  • Develop and drive sourcing strategies and plans to meet the organization's Real Estate and Workplace needs, specifically for IFM and real estate portfolio service contracts.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with the organization's overall business strategy.

  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance for top portfolio suppliers, including defining KPIs, implementing continuous improvement plans, and managing supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives within the Real Estate landscape.

  • Own the sourcing process across assigned Real Estate & Workplace Services categories, from business requirements gathering through RFP/RFI, contract negotiation, and implementation.

  • Build Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models and validate savings/cost avoidance to ensure the best value for the organization.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value, serving as a lead contact for business leaders in the area served.

  • Build buy-in to change by involving those affected and influencing key stakeholders across, up, and down the organization; advance problems toward resolution despite ambiguity or uncertainty.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (including Legal, Finance, Risk, and Security) to ensure sound contracting and policy alignment.

  • Own and drive programs and projects with minimal guidance, creating sourcing calendars to ensure timely delivery of services and managing the specific phases of unit operations.

  • Serve as a trusted sourcing advisor to stakeholders, interacting with senior internal business partners on significant matters to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of strategic procurement experience with a strong focus on Real Estate, Facilities Management (IFM), or Workplace Services.

  • Deep understanding of corporate real estate supplier models (specifically IFM and managed services), cost structures, and negotiation levers.

  • Ability to influence and lead across functions and regions, aligning multiple stakeholders behind strategic sourcing decisions.

  • Advanced communication and influence skills; ability to tell a story to engage an audience and influence decisions, behaviors, or opinions at the executive level.

  • Strong project management skills with proven experience closing sourcing projects efficiently; ability to own operational processes with minimal guidance.

  • Expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies; ability to understand, interpret, and act on data to drive decision-making and innovation.
