At Netsmart, improving care delivery isn't just our aspiration, it's our passion!
For more than 50 years, we've been a healthcare software company developing technology and providing services in the behavioral health, human services, and Post-Acute markets. We collaborate with organizations and partner with our clients across the care spectrum to anticipate challenges, identify obstacles and recognize new opportunities as healthcare evolves. We continuously strive to advance our Netsmart technologies and offerings beyond the EHR by embracing new technology trends that empower healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care. This role leads Netsmart's end user training engagement efforts, serving as the central coordinator and strategist for education across large, complex client organizations. It blends project management discipline with training delivery, with a strong emphasis on coordinating learning plans, defining course needs, organizing schedules, managing logistics, and administering LMS activities. The position requires developing deep expertise in Netsmart solutions across the CareRecord, including post-acute and human services, and working closely with internal teams, consultants, and client stakeholders to map organizational needs, shape content, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution. In addition to coordinating training efforts, this role acts as an advocate for the end user by driving the development of scalable training processes, documentation, and technical materials that support implementations and ongoing services. As part of a new and growing team, this individual will help define processes, influence operational workflows, and gain broad exposure across service lines. The role offers strong opportunities for professional growth, particularly for someone who enjoys organizing complex work, thinking strategically, and contributing to the evolution of Netsmart's training and engagement model.
