After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while you teach them our products and coach them through setup and integration. Please note: this is a full-time position with a required hybrid schedule in the location posted. Current and future sponsorships are not available for this role. The Financial Conversion Analyst manages implementations of the PeopleSoft General Ledger System for new and existing customers, acting as the primary liaison between clients and FIS technical staff. The Financial Conversion Analyst is also responsible for defining the PeopleSoft General Ledger transaction instructions from various applications to the PeopleSoft General Ledger System. A PeopleSoft conversion analyst could also be responsible for setting up PeopleSoft accounts payable/asset management, mapping the data conversion requirements, validating test reports and working with our clients. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity. Some travel required. In this position, you work be working closely with our clients during their PeopleSoft implementation understanding their requirements and applying them to the PeopleSoft system. You will work with our technical staff to on the data conversion and be responsible for validating and balancing the converted data. You will support our clients throughout the conversion process to ensure they are ready to use the system after their live conversion. * Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization. * Banking accounting background with general ledger, accounts payable and/or asset management knowledge. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent human relations, communication, negotiation and documentation skills. * The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups. * Added bonus if you have PeopleSoft experience.
