Event Graphic Designer This is a 5-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA. Summary This role supports a global events team responsible for delivering visually cohesive, high-impact brand experiences across live events, launches, and immersive guest journeys. The Event Graphic Designer will help translate event brand identities into polished, production-ready visual systems across print and digital touchpoints, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring event experiences to life. Job Description In this role, you will design and deliver cohesive visual systems that support live events and brand experiences across print, digital, and environmental applications. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate creative concepts into scalable, production-ready assets. This includes designing print collateral such as signage, programs, badges, menus, and environmental graphics, as well as digital assets and presentation-ready decks. You will also support print production by preparing files, coordinating with vendors, managing pre-press workflows, and ensuring premium finishing quality. On-site support during events may be required, including real-time design updates to meet evolving needs. Education and Experience
Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Cupertino, California and requires hybrid on-site work, including on-site support during events The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $64.76 per hour.
