Description

As our Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist I, you will hold responsibility for preparing consumer loan documents and reviewing closed loan commitments on new, renewed, refinanced, and modified Consumer and Consumer Real Estate credit transactions. If you have a keen attention to detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment - we want to hear from you!


This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Hours vary depending on business needs.


What you'll need to be a Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist:



  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One-plus years of loan documentation experience or three-plus years of equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code; Regulations B, C, and Z; RESPA; the Fair Credit Reporting Act; the Flood Disaster Protection Act; and other federal and state regulations related to lending, consumer compliance, and commercial lending policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other job-related programs from generating loan documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.

What you'll do as a Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist:



  • Provide application information and disclosure requirements to appropriate parties.
  • Analyze loan applications, commitment/loan worksheets for proposed loan transactions and closed loan transactions.
  • Adhere to Mabrey's EXCEED Customer Service Standards.
  • Facilitate loan closings in collaboration with the Lending Line and title companies to ensure precise closing disclosures.
  • Uphold courteous and professional communications with teammates and customers.
