What We're Looking For
Meltwater is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment and TA operations across the Americas.
This is a hands-on recruiting role with operational support, ideal for someone interested in full-cycle recruiting for junior and early-career roles. You will take ownership of junior-level requisitions, support hiring managers, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience, while also contributing to Talent Acquisition operations and system management.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer-facing, operational, or internal support roles who wants to grow their career in Talent Acquisition. You will receive mentorship, training, and structured onboarding to help you develop recruiting expertise and build a long-term career path in recruiting or TA operations. What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Take ownership of junior and early-career requisitions, from requisition kickoff to offer acceptance.


  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and timelines.


  • Source candidates using internal networks, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other tools.


  • Review applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate fit, motivation, and potential.


  • Manage interview processes end to end, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, feedback collection, and candidate communication.


  • Support offer letter creation and delivery.


  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding.


Talent Acquisition Operations & Jobvite Support

  • Serve as a Jobvite SME, supporting recruiters and hiring managers with system workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices.


  • Maintain ATS templates, requisition setups, approval chains, workflows, and offer processes.


  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across candidate records and requisitions.


  • Support reporting, audits, and other recruiting administrative tasks.


  • Partner with TA leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in customer-facing, operations, HR, or internal support roles; exposure to recruiting is a plus but not required.


  • A strong interest in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition operations.


  • Comfortable working with systems, processes, and data; high attention to detail.


  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


  • Curious, proactive, and open to feedback and continuous learning.


  • Comfortable working in a global, collaborative environment.


  • Legal authorization to work in the country of hire.

  • Base Salary of $60K - $65K USD per year + 5% bonus [subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan] Total compensation range for this position: $63,000 - $68,250 USD per year.
