Accounts Payable Supervisor FIN Supply Chain Management Full Time 87670BR Job Summary Supervises accounts payable operations related to facilities, real estate, and construction invoices, including complex supplier relationships and high-value transactions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payments while adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Provides guidance, training, and performance management to staff, resolves invoice discrepancies, and recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborates with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address payment issues and maintain compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. Oversees workflow, sets priorities, ensures team performance aligns with departmental goals, and supports strategic initiatives related to financial operations and reporting. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $87,900 - $187,700 (Annual Rate).
