Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.78 - $37.50 / hour

Summary

The Position is responsible for supervision of all business office operations, overseeing maintenance of medical records and insures excellent customer service is provided. The Ambulatory Operations Manager position is able to perform all the duties of the front office staff. The position assists with or is responsible for the recruitment, development, management and supervision of business office staff. This position assures the practice / off site location and staff is in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, regulatory agency, LMHS policies and procedures. Prepares and is responsible for or assists with the implementation of capital and operational budgets, coordinates efficient billing practices, develops short and long-term business and clinical strategies, assists with marketing and revenue enhancement programs. Other responsibilities include assuring that customer service needs and quality of services are addressed and resolved, oversee the medical records of the facility, and assure budget compliance requirements are met. Human Resource function: Responsible for development, coordination and maintaining authentic and complete personnel files on all facility employees which met the criteria outlined for such within the facility policy and procedures. Develops, coordinates and maintains all privileging and credentialing files. Safety Coordinator Function: Develops, coordinates and maintains the facility's overall safety and prevention and environment of care activities. Ensures maintenance of all equipment and building structure according to present standards. Monitors all seven plan areas to be in service compliance with regulatory bodies. This position provides indirect patient care for a specific population of patients. Age specific experience and/or training expertise are not required to service this population.
