JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Diagnoses and assesses the behavioral health needs of clients; makes appropriate referrals; prescribes and monitors medications; provides wellness coaching and medical consultation; serves as liaison between client and members of the care team both internal and external. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Advanced Registered Nurse Degree from an accredited school. MSN or DNP Years of Experience Preference is for a minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably psychiatric nursing services. Certification/Licensure PMHNP Board Certification Unencumbered Illinois RN License Unencumbered Illinois APRN License PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Task Percentage of Time/Frequency Standing - 10% Sitting - 90% Squatting - occasional Driving - occasional Kneeling - occasional Lifting - occasional Bending - occasional Time Type: Full timePay Range: $99,000.00--$148,525.00Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
