Radiologic Imaging Clinical Supervisor (Xray) Job Responsibilities:
The Radiologic Imaging Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the imaging department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of imaging principles and techniques, with a focus on establishing and maintaining quality standards. The supervisor demonstrates strong leadership, independent judgment, and a commitment to continuous professional development and technological advancement. Key responsibilities include managing departmental performance improvement initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and effectively utilizing budgetary resources within assigned areas. Assists in the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures, including but not limited to quality assurance/control programs. Resolves physician complaints regarding clinical performance. May perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in Radiography License: American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certified as a Radiologic Technologist upon start Certification: Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association upon start - Experience: Five years of Diagnostic X-ray experience in a hospital/healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Three years of lead or supervisor experience in a hospital environment is preferred
