As a Junior Paralegal supporting our Real Estate Legal team, you'll play a key role in managing the administrative and operational aspects of real estate transactions. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will help drive efficiency and compliance across our real estate portfolio.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and process legal documents including leases, amendments, and estoppels
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for real estate matters
  • Coordinate execution of documents and ensure timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support communication between attorneys, paralegals, landlords, and vendors
  • Track critical dates and compliance requirements related to real estate agreements
  • Assist with audits and reporting by providing requested documentation
  • Enter and update data in real estate management systems and legal databases

Required Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a legal or real estate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software and emerging legal technology tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Notary license
  • Experience supporting attorneys or paralegals in a corporate legal department
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions and lease documentation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
