Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data within our database systems.

Prepare and organize reports and documents as requested by management.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and addressing inquiries.

Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in processes.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to support project initiatives and achieve departmental goals.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies regarding data management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
