The Respiratory Therapy Clinical Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining the learning and skill-based needs of the department, developing and documenting programs to support those needs as well as collecting data to measure results. This individual must be proficient in all modalities of Respiratory Care and function in any capacity within the department to act as a resource or to supplement staffing when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Care required
  • Oklahoma state licensure in Respiratory Care
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
  • Must have 3-5 years of RT experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Star Order Management System preferred
