Ourtechnologyteam is made upof SoftwareEngineers, Quality Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Security Engineers, UX Designers, and Quants.We buildsoftware for our clients that range across multiple sectorsand industries, as well as tools for our internal users to help them better serve our clients.Our team is a global team locatedin four different countries and multiple time zones. We interact daily with each other as well as our key business stakeholdersto ensure quality and speedy delivery of our product offerings.

In this role you will:

• Develop cutting-edge financial applications; develop innovative, high-quality, and cloud-native SaaS web applications and microservices as part of our growing application development team.
• Work as part of an agile scrum team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and quantitative teams to translate requirements into incremental deliverables.
• Develop software using our evolving stack: .NET, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, NServiceBus, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Azure services.
• Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Understand business priorities and ensure individual contributions support team objectives and company strategy.
• Understand the organization's engineering strategy and the product's role in the business.

You will help deliver products that enable clients to manage financial risk and streamline internal operations. Your contributions will directly support revenue growth and operational excellence.

Contributors to your success:

• 2-4 years of software development experience
• Experience working in an agile scrum environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (C#, Java) and modern front-end frameworks (React or similar).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities.
• Exposure to financial systems or quantitative modeling.
