What You'll Do
  • Create standardized SAP PM training materials for use with new hires across all locations
  • Develop targeted training for advanced SAP functions, including Mobile Maintenance
  • Assist sites in development and refinement of SAP equipment hierarchies for multiple sites (Arizona, West Virginia, Florida, and newly onboarded locations such as CP&P, Foley Products and Tensar)
  • Assist sites in development and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and identification of critical spare parts
  • Assist sites in enhancing Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and task lists to include detailed steps for inspections and failure mode mitigation
  • Partner with site maintenance teams to execute SAP-related projects, ensuring proper documentation and completion
  • Work closely with planners, maintenance engineers and reliability engineers and local teams to improve PM strategies and reliability practices
  • Assist with dashboard creation, T-code utilization, and other SAP PM functionalities
  • Collaborate with IT Maintenance SAP PM Support team to implement system configurations and upgrades, including S4HANA migration
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module
  • Proven track record in developing SAP hierarchies, BOMs, and PM plans
  • Experience in maintenance and reliability practices within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of SAP PM functionalities and integration points
  • Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective instruction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Familiarity with the Innovative mobile maintenance solution preferred
  • Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles preferred
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed (CMC Mills, CP&P, Foley Products, Tensar, and others)
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
