Position Summary: The Sr. Benefits Administrator is responsible for the strategic administration, development, and optimization of GESMN's employee benefit programs. This role will effectively communicate and report on access and usage of Goodwill-Easter Seals MN's (GESMN) employee benefit programs, including, but not limited to health and welfare plans, COBRA, and wellness programs. This position utilizes excellent customer service, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement while performing duties and responsibilities in a timely manner, in accordance with established philosophies to achieve the overall GESMN health and wellness objectives.
