Job Description: OFFICE LOCATION: Abilene, Texas, United States SCOPE/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Training Operations Specialist provides daytoday operational and administrative support to the Organizational Development Manager and the training team. This role supports the smooth delivery of all training activities and requires regular interaction with employees, trainers, leaders, and external partners through email, messaging platforms, phone, video meetings, and inperson contact. The specialist works under close supervision with limited latitude. Moderate physical effort is required, including handling supplies, food items, and classroom materials. The role actively supports the organization's Customer Service First culture, adheres to established policies and procedures, and upholds the company's core values. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
