What We DoIn support of the sales strategy for assigned territory, develop and retain a quality client base through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for the division's products and/or services.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, build product and territory knowledge, and inform sales strategy.
  • Execute the sales strategy for the assigned territory using proven frameworks, methods, and evaluation criteria.
  • Leverage internal marketing resources to increase brand awareness and support sales goals.
  • Use CRM (Salesforce) to document, track, and evaluate sales activities and client interactions.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Communicate proactively and respond to client needs in a timely, professional manner.
  • Develop and follow a comprehensive sales plan that includes outreach to existing clients and new prospects such as real estate attorneys, title companies, lenders, and real estate brokers.
  • Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement customized solutions.
  • Maintain high visibility within the market by attending and participating in title industry events and functions.
  • Create and deliver effective presentations to clients, prospects, and industry groups in both individual and group settings.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the title industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within a client's business
  • Experience planning and executing complex projects
  • Knowledge of competitor landscape, financial factors, and industry dynamics
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic, and resilient; comfortable with rejection
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • High business acumen and strategic agility
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and high energy
  • Proficiency with Sales Force, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel 50%+
Monthly commissions in additionto the annual base salary pay range:$65,000 This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
