Job Summary and Responsibilities

Acentra Health is looking for a Presentation Designer, Mid to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting marketing and new business development efforts

including creating visuals for presentations (supporting the proposal team and the executive

team), creation of graphics, icons, and utilizing PPT and Word templates for layout design.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling proposal layouts, presentations, and supporting materials using presentation design software, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Use design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and Visio) to develop clear, compelling and attractive graphics and icons for proposals and in support of corporate marketing activities.
  • Format and finalize proposal documents for print and digital submission (PDFs, PowerPoints, interactive files, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication. Work with proposal managers, capture managers, proposal writers, and subject matter experts to conceptualize and develop graphics.
  • Translate technical or complex content into clear, visually appealing graphics, infographics, charts, and templates. Develop unique and attractive cover pages for proposal responses, white papers, and other customer deliverables or marketing materials.
  • Maintain and follow corporate style guidelines including font requirements, color palettes, logo and corporate image parameters, and others. Ensure all developed visuals maintain consistency and align with corporate style guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of proposal templates, style guides, and design systems.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other education- and experience-related duties that management may deem necessary from time to time.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, art, graphic design, or other business-related field of study from an accredited college or university and 5 years of experience; OR will consider business relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • The Company acknowledges that practical, hands-on experience can provide skills and competencies equivalent to formal education. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree is typically required, the company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidates has an Associate's degree, the company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Visio, Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign, Canva and Figma.)
  • Experience working with large, text-heavy documents and managing version control.
  • Strong layout, typography, and document design skills.
  • Expert ability to design presentations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Understanding of the proposal management process and the role of design as a key part of the
  • process.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals or other projects simultaneously and collaborate with proposal management, capture management and marketing management to prioritize assignments while maintaining high quality.
  • Basic understanding of project management best practices, software development lifecycle (including Agile and Waterfall).

"Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant's position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level."


Pay Range

USD $62,880.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
