Customer Service Representative Location : Anaheim, CA Pay : $25.00 per hour 26-00591 Job Summary The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves handling a high volume of emails and calls, preparing quotes, coordinating with vendors, and supporting returns and exchanges. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Job Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide product information, prepare quotes, and process order entries Place orders and issue order acknowledgments accurately and efficiently Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely order processing and delivery Initiate and manage returns and exchanges while maintaining departmental standards Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement initiatives Job Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure while meeting performance metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to navigate Microsoft Windows Experience in distribution or manufacturing environments preferred Education Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree Work Experience Previous customer service experience required Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred #ZR
