If you can sell, connect with people, and thrive in a fastpaced environment, we'll teach you the rest What You'll Do (DaytoDay) * Train handson with topproducing Mortgage Bankers and leadership * Learn realworld sales tactics through live coaching and feedback * Make and take calls with warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources * Build relationships with clients and referral partners * Learn and use our CRM and loan origination systems * Guide borrowers through the loan process with clarity and confidence * Deliver toptier customer service from first call to closing * Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performancebased incentives * Work in a competitive, highenergy team environment that rewards results-not tenure Who Thrives in This Role * No mortgage background required-we provide full training * Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in inside sales, service, military, or commissionbased roles * Competitive, outgoing, and naturally persuasive * Confident communicator (phone, written, and inperson) * Motivated by money, growth, and measurable performance * Thrives in fastpaced, highexpectation environments * Selfstarter who takes ownership after training * Organized, proactive, and solutionoriented * Someone who wants to win, not just show up Skills You'll Build & Use * Sales & inside sales * Consultative selling and relationship building * Sales process execution * CRM and loan origination systems * Communication and people skills * Mortgage and loan origination fundamentals Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
