The Team Lead of Operations will be a part of our enterprise L&D team focused on leading a small team of individual contributors who provide back-end operational and logistical support to run inclusive, high-impact learning experiences for sales associates. This role will also be responsible for direct support of sales leadership programs, working with stakeholders, facilitators and L&D teammates to deliver an excellent learner experience for sales leaders.

This role requires proven experience in leading and coaching others either through direct management, leading others through projects, and/or experience developing operational capabilities and processes. An interest in developing others, independent problem solving, stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and a client-first approach are critical.

What you will do:

  • Lead a team of Operations Associates (~1-3 direct reports) responsible for the backend operational and logistics support of learning programs.
  • Act as the primary lead to operationalize sales leader programs - directly owning the data input, roster management, communications plan and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coach and support the team in tracking learner data, building training rosters and executing communications.
  • Coach and develop team capabilities in data analysis, client service, logistics and event planning and attention to detail.
  • Enable a globally consistent training experience through proactive coordination with your team, learners and their managers and stakeholders across multiple functions, regions, and geographies.
  • Identify and codify best practices to enhance the learner experience and deliver client value.
  • Enhance operational process by identifying areas for improvement using feedback from all stakeholders and formulate plans for implementation and distribution in all regions where necessary.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in years of experience.
  • 3-5 years of Operations, HR, L&D or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in leading or coaching Operations, HR or L&D professionals through direct management, leading project teams and/or ownership of onboarding/training.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites (i.e., Excel, PPT, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Superior problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Process and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and codify L&D related data.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and across numerous teams, cultures and geographies.
  • Experience with HR systems, LMS administration experience a plus.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 79,000 USD - 109,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
