Teksystems has a client that needs to add a Network Technician to their team in the Upstate, SC area. The role is slated as a contract to hire. The client is responsible for maintaining the network and network equipment for sites in the US, Canada and NA. This team is the hands and feet portion of the network team and is boots on the ground in the facility. Day to day they could be replacing hardware as needed, troubleshooting issues with switches and access points, working within the ticket system - resolving assigned tickets, daily moves adds and changes, documentation, troubleshooting wireless issues and TP/IP incidents, end of life refreshes, and some installations. They need support at one of their Upstate, SC locations. Engineers on this team are responsible for configuration - the analyst is responsible for the installations, monitoring, and troubleshooting aspects. CCNA is a PLUS for this position.
