Location: Faribault, MN

Shift: Wednesday - Friday & every other Saturday, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am

Your Responsibilities:

• Performs preventive maintenance onequipment
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments and replaces/repairs defective components orequipment
• Performs work involving programmable logic controllers (PLC's), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's), Human Interface Modules (HMI's), etc.
• May have to work with equipment operators to diagnose equipment breakdowns, and todeterminerootcause
• Tests faulty equipment, performs basic electrical troubleshooting, and applies knowledge of functional operation of electronics and equipment to diagnose the cause of themalfunction
• Trains with contractors or outside equipment representatives asneeded
• Submits purchase order requisitions forparts
• Maintains records of repairs and work orderscompleted
• Moves and sets up workstations/offices
• Troubleshoots and repairs minor maintenance problems involving facility, electrical, andplumbing
• Participates as part of the emergency response team.
• Mayassistoutside emergency responseteams
• May provide work training to less experienced maintenancestaff
• Observes and complies with Company safety procedures at alltimes
• Must be able to obtain andmaintaina Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification.
• Must be able to obtain andmaintaina First Aid certification.

Your Qualifications:

• Previousmanufacturing experience
• 2 yearcollege or technical school certificate in Industrial Electronics, MachineMaintenanceor a related field
• 5+ years of experience incorporating elements of electro-mechanical diagnostic work, plumbing, welding, motorrepairand hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as their components or equivalent combination of education andexperience
• High School Diploma or GED(preferred)
• Associated degree in a related field (preferred)

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $31.73 to $50.76 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
