A In Home Medical Equipment company based out of the Pacific Northwest is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team in Renton, Washington! These are Full Time and Long Term opportunities! Description * Work with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies and referral sources to optimize the equipment needs for clients * Obtaining necessary documentation and authorizations required for equipment coverage * Assist with clinical, sales support and home transition staff, as necessary * Assist customer service staff to coordinate respiratory-related discharges * Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules * Coordinate clinician schedules and patient set-ups, answer and route clinical staff/patient communications * Scheduling clinical staff to optimize workflows * Perform other tasks as assigned or needed Skills & Qualifications * Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a caring, personable manner * Excellent public relations and customer service skills * Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including phone demeanor Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
