Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Boca Raton, FL 33431
Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.90 hourly on W2

Job summary:

Qualifications:

• DATA ENTRY TYPING TEST IS REQUIRED; RESULTS MUST BE SUBMITTED. Candidates to give test and result should be 6000+ KPH with 95% accuracy needed. 6,500 is the minimum. Ideally, looking to see candidates with 7,000+ KPH with 95% accuracy.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work.
• Must be able to multitask and remain focused.
• Customer support experience as well as AP background is a plus.
• Analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent human relationship skills a must.

Responsibilities:

• Role is onsite/in-person. Long term contract 3 months to a +1 year.
• This candidate will work in AP Customer Support.
• Ability to answer a phone call from a vendor and answer emails.
• Perform Verbal verification for adding new vendors and confirm all banking changes.
