Manufacturing Associate

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our night shift and help keep production running smoothly.

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate bag machines and packaging equipment
• Ensure box and tote counts match bag specifications
• Maintain product quality, efficiency, and minimize scrap
• Assist with all bag specifications across machines
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and technical teams to optimize line performance
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Perform general housekeeping duties

Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read measuring tapes, understand product specifications, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Experience with pallet jacks and machine hoists
• Basic computer skills
• Physical ability to lift 20-40 lbs
