Here's the Gig:

• Stack mixed product cases onto pallets following load diagrams or instructions
• Build stable, secure pallets to prevent product damage during movement or transport
• Stage completed pallets in designated warehouse locations
• Label or wrap pallets as required (shrink wrap/strapping)
• Verify product counts and placement while stacking
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all Watco safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience (specifically pallet build)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift and stack cases (up to 50 lbs)
