Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Overseeaccounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management.
• Prepare and reviewmonthly financial statements, balance sheets, and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure accurate and timelymanufacturer financial statement submissions.
• Managefloor plan financing, including reconciliations, interest, curtailments, and audits.
• Monitor expenses, margins, and profitability; provide insights to improve performance.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Coordinate and supportexternal audits, lender reviews, and manufacturer audits.
• Overseesales tax, payroll tax, and other statutory filings.
• Partner with General Managers and department heads to support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting.
• Maintain and strengtheninternal controlsto safeguard company assets.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within anautomotive dealership or dealer group
• Strong understanding ofdealership accounting, floor plans, and OEM reporting
• Experience with dealership management systems
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• CPA preferred but not required

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Multi-dealership or group-level accounting experience
• Experience working closely with lenders and manufacturers
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable business insights
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
