We are hiring motivated students for our Technology Rotational Program. The program will introduce new graduates to Quest Diagnostics through a challenging and rewarding experience, which offers them the opportunity to rotate through three business areas, 8 months each over a two-year period. The aim is to use this program as a pathway to placement in one of the business areas mentioned.

Quest's Technology Rotational Program is open to students who have graduated college within the last year from an undergraduate or master's program.

It is preferred that these positions are based in our Secaucus, NJ Headquarters on a hybrid basis (3 days in office per week). This will allow the rotational candidate to collaborate with other IT colleagues and peers. We are open to candidates in other Quest locations based on business needs.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Success Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a student who has:

• Completed final year of college (Undergraduate or Master's program) with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other analytical/technical area outlined in opportunities below.

• Information technology course experience and fundamental understanding of technologies.

• Fundamental understanding of technologies such as cloud, AI, and networking.

• Highly collaborative, motivated and possesses strong organizational skills.

• Solid analytical & problem solving skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Comfortable making verbal and written presentations to senior management.
