****$5,00 sign-on and $7,500 relocation incentive (if located greater than 50 miles away)****

This role is ideal for someone with Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources or compliance experience who excels at facilitation and wants to make a visible difference across the health system.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and facilitate programs, workshops, and events that support team engagement, culture, and workplace collaboration.
  • Partner with HR, analytics, and compliance teams to analyze workforce data and trends, providing actionable insights.
  • Support and grow employee resource groups and initiatives that build connection and collaboration.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on workplace culture, change management, and compliance, advising on policies and workforce initiatives.
  • Collaborate on internal communications to ensure messaging resonates across the entire organization.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in workforce inclusion & belonging, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organizations to strengthen organizational impact.
  • Promote leadership practices that foster trust, collaboration, and a positive workplace environment.

Requirements

Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or similar).

Experience:3-5 years of relevant work experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (or advancing a culture of belonging), including working with multidisciplinary teams to implement initiatives. Strong background in training development and facilitation, and policy interpretation.

Certification:Advanced Human Resources or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification preferred.

  • Strong project management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and report on multiple initiatives

  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills and ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office platforms, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and health equity regulations
  • Experience with employee resource groups (ERGs) or diversity-focused initiatives in healthcare and/or large organizations
  • Ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
